Two Rooms to rent in Surco, near to Miraflores

Hi there
I have two nice rooms to rent in my flat, i live in Surco, near to Miraflores, around Av. Castilla and Av. La Merced, from 10 blocks.
The cost is 160 USD per month each room.
The rooms are furnished (big closets, comfortable beds, tv, sofa)
Aditionally, you have to pay 40 USD per facilities (electricity, water, wi fi, cable, security)
Also, we could share the kitchen. The flat have laundry as well.
